Our AHPRA-registered GPs provide specialist referrals, imaging requests and pathology requests by telehealth, where clinically appropriate. That means you can claim your Medicare rebate on specialists and scans, and book without delay.
Every referral follows a genuine consultation. Our GPs review your history and symptoms and only issue a referral where it's clinically appropriate — the same standard as an in-person appointment. If a referral isn't right for you, we'll tell you why and discuss alternatives.
All consultations are conducted by GPs registered with AHPRA, in line with RACGP guidelines for telehealth. Your information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We do not sell referrals — a referral is a clinical decision, not a product.
