These Terms of Use govern your use of the Referral GP Australia website and telehealth service. By requesting a referral or using this site, you agree to them.

2. Nature of our service

Referral GP Australia is a telehealth service connecting patients with AHPRA-registered Australian GPs. Information on this website is general in nature and is not medical advice. A referral is issued only after a genuine consultation and only where clinically appropriate — requesting one does not guarantee it will be issued.

3. No emergency care

We do not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 immediately.

4. Eligibility & Medicare

Bulk billing and Medicare rebates apply to eligible Medicare card holders. Rebates on specialists, imaging and pathology depend on Medicare rules and eligibility, which can change. Fees charged by specialists, radiology and pathology providers are separate and set by them.
